According to the new Beastie Boy autobiography, their popular song "Sabotage" is actually written about quote," an annoying recording engineer." Apparently this guy was getting very frustrated with them when they were recording their album because they were going too slow and he would quote, "blow a fuse and get pissed off at us and scream that we just needed to finish something, anything, a song. He would push awful instrumental tracks we made just to have something moving toward completion." Read more here
