After a year of ups and downs, The Black Keys are preparing for 2025.

While the "Lonely Boy" duo put out a new album, Ohio Players, and were the subjects of a career-spanning documentary, they also had to cancel their planned U.S. arena tour.

In a Facebook post marking the end of 2024, The Black Keys write, "Wishing you all a Happy New Year. Thanks for playing this year, lots in store for 2025…"

We'll see if that includes rescheduling the aforementioned U.S. tour. In scrapping the dates, the Keys said they were reworking the outing to create a more "exciting, intimate experience for both fans and the band," though those details have yet to be announced.

As for The Black Keys' concrete 2025 plans, that includes a set at Arizona's Innings Festival in February, followed by trips to South America and Europe.
