Maybe the name doesn’t sound familiar to you but, the songs should. Glen Hansard wrote the movie “Once” about a struggling musician who was dealing with a break-up. He teams up with a woman who is dealing with her own romantic struggles and rhythm section obsessed with Phil Lynott. It’s a must-see for any real music fan. Unfortunately, Glen died in a single vehicle accident on his motorcycle outside of Dublin at 4:30 am. He was also in the movie “The Commitments” and was in the band The Frames.
